Arrangements for morning school drop-offs

As we all return to school, we wanted to outline a few changes to the beginning of our school day. The reasons for these changes are to ensure that all students are safe and greeted by members of staff from their class team.

Our school day starts at 8:45am and from Monday 17th January, we are asking that all students remain in their transport until 8:45am. This includes all taxis and parent/carer cars.

At 8:45am, the students will then meet their pastoral staff and walk through to their classrooms. There will be additional members of staff on duty to support students at the beginning of each day.

If your student travels to school independently, we ask that you encourage your child to not arrive on the school site before 8:40am. They will also be greeted by a member of the class team.

We recognise that as the student numbers have increased, so has the volume of traffic before and after school. We therefore appreciate your patience with this situation and hope that you recognise the importance of keeping all of our students safe.

If you have any questions or queries, please get in touch.
