KS4TBE are ready for their final year at St Martins. The students have chosen their Options and are enjoying lots of practical subjects like Food Technology, Horticulture and Sport. A few of our students are lucky enough to be taking part in a placement each week. Hopefully this will help them have a better knowledge of what they wish to study in 6th Form or at college.

We have recently visited the Skills Festival at Derby Arena, whilst we were there we had the chance to meet with other education providers and employers to give us a greater knowledge on what will be available to us upon leaving school.

We are starting to think about our final residential trip and what we would like to experience before the end of Year 11.

KS4TB – December 2019

KS4TB have been working really hard to make sure that their final year at St Martins is as successful as it can be. All students are working hard in their subjects each day to achieve the best they can.

Most of our students are taking part in a work experience placement this year. We offer a range of places in Hair and Beauty, Construction, Digital Technology and Animal Care.

This half term we enjoyed taking part in a SHAPE challenge day and we are designing our Christmas Door to get into the festive spirit.
